Cross Training

We tell our youth that they shall receive power. Our youth training programs consist of teaching kids from ages 6- 18 the basic components of fitness, and discipleship. It is focused on health, wellness, and athletics, but centered around Christ. Youth of all ages grow in their fitness and athletic ability; while also growing in a relationship with the God; who gave them their ability to begin with. Each class is centered around two concepts. One of them being a component of fitness and one being a component of our discipleship model. We want our youth to understand that they have received great attributes and power from a God who loves them.They must use there gifts to do His work. We want them to know that being "fit" is no just physical but spiritual as well.
